The French e-invoicing reform is being introduced in stages, according to a national timetable.
- ✔ September 2026 – Small businesses, SMEs and certain associations must be able to receive electronic invoices in UBL, Factur-X or CII format (PDF invoices will no longer be accepted).
- ✔ September 2026 – Large and mid-sized companies must also be able to receive electronic invoices.
- ✔ September 2027 – Small businesses and SMEs must issue their invoices in electronic format.
- ✔ Associations are a special case: please contact us.

As standard, eKo already produces your documents (e-reporting, invoices, quotes, deposit invoices, credit notes) in the regulatory electronic formats, in both France and Luxembourg. Activate the integrated PA option (approved platform for the French e-invoicing reform, PEPPOL in Luxembourg) and your suppliers' invoices arrive directly in eKo, with nothing to re-enter.
