eKo CRM® is a simple, effective tool for creating quotes and invoices quickly. You can draw up your quotes and invoices on a computer as well as on a smartphone or tablet. You produce personalised quotes in your own branding (logo, layout, company details, etc.) that include the mandatory information such as company name, registered office address, trade and companies register number (RCS), city of RCS registration, NAF activity code, intra-EU VAT number, late payment penalties and so on.
In addition to your quotes and invoices, which eKo CRM® lets you convert in a single click, you can also generate your delivery notes, for example, with your stock updated automatically at the same time.
Your customer or prospect receives your quote and can sign it electronically, along with any attachments you have sent: general terms and conditions of sale, special conditions, SEPA direct debit mandate, etc. Your confirmed order is then on file thanks to the electronic signature: documents signed, certified and time-stamped with a qualified eIDAS time stamp, giving them legal value recognised in Europe and the United States.
