As buying habits change and people increasingly pay for the use of goods or services rather than for the goods or services themselves, the subscription invoice, or recurring invoice, is becoming more and more common. In other words, renting rather than actually buying.
Today almost anything can be rented: a phone contract, a handbag, a gym membership, IT maintenance and so on.
A subscription invoice (or recurring invoice) therefore relates to the same rented goods or service, is for a fixed amount, and is sent to the same customer at regular intervals.
Once you have created your subscription invoice template, eKo CRM® lets you set the frequency at which the recurring invoice is generated and choose the dynamic fields to display on your invoices (for example, the period covered), so you do not have to correct them each time an invoice is issued.
eKo CRM® will then let you know when new invoices are due to be issued.
eKo CRM® can also generate the direct debit file to send to your bank in SEPA format, so you can collect payment from your customers on the due date.
