eKo CRM® is fully SaaS online sales management, quoting and invoicing software, available from any internet connection and on any device (PC or Mac computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.). Your data is stored and backed up without any action on your part in private, dedicated data centres. An additional backup runs overnight. Our technical infrastructure is protected and not publicly accessible.
Each user connects over a secure HTTPS connection, and at no point does your customer data as a whole travel over the network. Access is protected by a username and password that each user sets themselves.
The account manager also sets:
- Each user's access rights to each eKo CRM® module: read, edit or delete.
- Data export rights
- Login hours. Employers in France are now required to respect their employees' right to disconnect. Setting the hours during which employees are able to log in limits the risk of working beyond them. And since the main risk of data leaks in a company comes from inside, blocking night-time access for your users prevents them from copying your customer files, price lists and so on to sell them to the highest bidder.
