Build your product and service catalogue item by item. Name each item, add a precise description, enter your purchase prices and list prices, assign them to product or service families and set up your own price lists, because not all customers necessarily pay the same price.
Create your purchase orders and confirm goods into stock; create your delivery notes and customer invoices to confirm that products are taken out of stock automatically. Stock is thus increased and decreased automatically. If there is an error, you can always correct it manually.
For each of your items, eKo CRM® lets you attach an illustration (to use on your quotes, perhaps) and any other related document, such as assembly instructions or a user manual.
From time to time, carry out an accurate stock count as simply as possible (perhaps using a handheld barcode scanner) to know your stock on hand and your stock valuation.
